My My weight loss journey was unintentional. I unknowingly lose 10 kg weight in one month. So here I share my own experience with this. What did I do at that time which causes me to lose weight? I have shared my unintentional weight loss journey to my friends who are trying to lose weight for a long time. And they got benefit from my advice as well. Here I explain what I did, which leads me to lose such a considerable amount of weight in a very less time.
My weight loss journey:
firstly the time of my first year of graduation. I was living in a hostel. The food provided by them is not so good. And I am the kind of girl whose diet and hunger always depend on the taste of the food and favourites. I didn't enjoy food so I try to skip a meal ( lunch, dinner) sometime I only eat one meal per day. And I think that is the main reason for my weight loss.
The second thing which I used to do was that I did not eat a single meal on time. Due to my irregular eating habits, my weight loss journey got a boost up.
The third thing I used to do was eating very slowly. Yeah, to decrease fat and to lose weight, slow eating habit is necessary. It was not intentional though but I have a habit of eating slowly since childhood. I finish a full plate meal in 30 to 45 minutes and sometimes I take more time than that.
The fourth thing is that I walk so much at that time. It's my habit whatever I do like talking on the phone, reading a book, thinking about an idea etc. I do all these things by walking here and there. At that time I used to walk at least 3 to 4 hours continuously. And it may be a big reason for my weight loss.
The fifth thing is the major cause of my weight loss is, I used to drank lemon juice with warm water. Someone said to me that lemon water will increase your immunity and it will bring a glow on your face. For that purpose, I drank lemon water for one month in the morning. But I didn't realize that it may lose weight too.
What should you learn
You can learn many things from my unintended deed.
1. Drink lemon juice with warm water in the morning for one-month consistently.
2. Walk, walk, walk. You should walk at least 3000 steps a day for weight loss. Walking can be substituted by another physical activity like running, cycling, swimming, exercising.
3. Eat slowly. Slow eating habits lead to good digestion, less food craving and shortened appetite.
4. Do fasting. Fasting is an unbeatable way to lose weight if practised in the right manner. Here are some ideas on fasting.
