Nightly fasting is the pattern in which you can stop eating in the night. Some people stop eating 6 hours before sleep. You can extend or reduce your time slot as per your convenience. Night fasting is another best option for novices who just started their weight loss journey and fasting. It is also for the one who can't bear long hour fasting in the day time. It has also a positive impact on your sleep quality and your digestive tract. 

Up to the 9th-hour fasting

Up to the 9th-hour fasting is a form of intermittent fasting in which you have to fast for the first 8 waking hours in the morning and eating from the 9th waking hour. This is the best method for beginners as it gives both enjoyments of eating and results of fasting. It gives sufficient time to digest whatever left and metabolise it properly results in detoxification of the body. It may not lose so much weight but consistent fasting and patience can do.

16/8 fasting

This is the most famous and practised type of intermittent fasting. 16/8 fasting involves fasting for 16 hours a day and eating for 8 hours of your choice. If you are a beginner and want to lose weight, you can practise this. The 8 hours of the eating window is long enough to give you the enjoyment of multiple meals of your choice and 16 hours of fasting is sufficient enough to weight loss and detoxification.
