Drink plenty of water

The warm water used to break down fat and makes it easy to digest. In the morning after waking up everyone should drink at least 1 glass of water preferably warm water. Lemon is a fat-burning agent. It is scientifically proved that lemon used to burn fat and make metabolism fast. Lemon should be used with warm water for more effect. Lemon water decrease fat deposition in thighs, arms and belly. Lemon should be avoided by those who are allergic to it. They can consume green tea. Green tea is more suitable instead of black tea or coffee. Green tea can burn 80 to 100 calories per day.
Walk more
Walking is that habit which truly loses your weight without giving too much stress. If you want to lose weight, you should walk more. Don't just sit there it may be a reason for your obesity. For weight loss, you should walk more than 3000 steps a day. You can do more physical activity like exercise, aerobics, yoga, dancing. It will give a boost to weight loss. You have to burn your calories as much as you can and You have to do physical work for this.
Eat slowly
Yes, eating slowly is an effective habit of weight loss. Eat slowly means you have to chew your food numerous times and slowly. Because our food digestion starts with our mouth. In the mouth an enzyme 'salivary amylase' breakdown starch (carbs) in the mouth. Eating slowly can help you to reduce calorie intake and lose weight.
Take sufficient sleep
sleeping habit can play a major role in obesity. Your Sleeping schedule should be fixed and on time. Studies have shown that people who sleep after 12 am (midnight) are more obsessed than the other. You must sleep around 11 pm and wake up around 7 am daily. Take at least 7 hours of sleep every day. Less sleep encourages overeating hence sleep is so much important in your weight loss journey. Don't eat anything 4 hours before bed. If you do, it will make you fatty.
