 Health and fitness depend on your daily routine. What do you consume and how much activities you do in your daily life directly affects your metabolism and fitness. It further affects your body shape, immunity, mental health and well-being. So here I am covering the most significant ways by which we can be healthy and fit.

On average, every adult should drink at least 3 litres (11 glass) of water every day. In the morning we should drink water just after waking up. Water used to clean our intestine in the morning and detoxify our body the whole day. Dehydration may cause severe damage to our brain, kidney, intestine and our circulatory system in long run. So water is a magical drink we should have it in sufficient quantity for our well being. Drinking enough water will give you an extra benefit of having clear skin. Water used to clean our circulatory system so drinking enough water can bring glow on your face. So water is the first parameter you must follow for being fit.

Do enough physical exercise

Many people are fed off because of belly fat and obesity nowadays. Some people are complaining about laziness, lack of concentration and Inactivity. All the problem above stated has one single solution 'Do more physical activity'. Yes, you heard it right. For being active and fit, you must do physical activity. Activities like jogging, cycling, swimming, aerobics and simply walking can solve your difficulties. If an adult has no time for the above activities, he or she can do just walking at least 2000 steps a day for better physique and metabolism. 

Eat right

If you think water and exercise are enough for being fit, maybe you are going on the wrong path. The most important part of our journey is our food. We have to eat well to look good. Our foods give us nutrition, minerals and energy our body needs. But by eating junk foods we give our body toxins instead of nutrition. So how can we expect that we become healthy and fit? Eat at least three times a day, which must include fruits, vegetables, dairy products, nuts and dried fruits. They all give us a sufficient amount of nutrients body needs in a day. There is a massive list of what should we eat for being healthy and fit, which one is the right food.
